Shipping Policy
HealthyPetNet ships orders UPS within two
business days, although most orders will
ship by the next business day. All
other pet supplies sold are normally shipped
within 5-7 business days. Dog
Clothing Policies: For the safety of pets,
we do not do refunds on pet clothing. We can
however exchange an item if it is in
perfect, brand new, unused condition. There
are no returns or exchanges on personalized
items, so be sure to measure your pet
correctly.
Money Saving Tip
If you choose to go on a monthly Autoship,
you may want to double your order and go on
an 8-week Autoship to SAVE on shipping
expenses.

your door. If, for any reason, your purchase
is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace
it or refund your money (excluding delivery
charges). Simply return your merchandise
